Problem-solving is my specialty, I love to support people and make sure that they have something more than contact with a regular support representative. In my previous company, I was a first-person who within the first 6 months of work got a KUDO - which pretty much means that the issue was solved in a spectacular manner, far beyond what was expected from that role.
In my customer support career, we have been using well-known CMS - Zendesk. I have very good experience on calls and with working through mentioned platforms. I have been supporting Bang&Olufsen products for 2 years in total and wargaming - the world of tanks for 2.5 years. I have experience with private game servers. In particular, Lineage 2 private servers based on L2j. I was the owner. Communicated with players through emails, petitions, phone calls, e-tickets, forums. Solving issues, taking care of communities, reporting bugs in-game, creating special events for players. In IBM as a network support engineer, we were supporting Cisco small business products and networks up to 100 people.
I believe that i am a perfect fit for a technical customer support role.
