With my recent Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I have acquired knowledge and skills that will be valuable to this role, particularly solidified my literacy and numeracy skills, and improved my time management and data entry skills through writing reports and conducting research. Starting my job in the customer service sector has also allowed me to achieve transferable skills to contribute to the role given. Waitressing and bartending at Four Regions enhanced my ability to communicate with diverse customers, have great attention to detail, and resilient when faced with difficult customers. Continuing another job at Surbiton Racket and Fitness Club further developed my people's skills, confidence, and proactivity.
Having volunteered at Wingham Court Care Home improved my alertness in response to residents' needs. Helping out with recreational events has increased my planning and creativity and building rapport with the residents. This experience has also provided me with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems useful for the role. My ambition to build a career that offers challenge and growth with an opportunity to improve my knowledge and skills whilst contributing to the company's growth has fuelled me to apply to this current role. Being able to provide a quality customer experience is at the core of my ability. Furthermore, I am passionate about cryptocurrency hence I specifically applied to this current company. Research and analysis of the cryptocurrency space is part of my daily routine therefore I believe that I can succeed in this role if given a chance.
