I'm currently spending my free time researching and playing around with new projects in the crypto space (polkadot exosystem) is a fav for me). I also have my KSM ready to go for the upcoming KSM parachain auctions which should get going soon.
A lot of what I read in your job description sounds like something i would like to do full-time in the future. I would only be able to give you some part time hours for now but to have some structure to what i already do as well as a like minded colleague.
