Being a great community manager is a lot about leadership, being solution-oriented and international exposure. I've had the opportunity to lead a team of 12 young individuals in the past as a Vice - President for Incoming Exchange in AIESEC where I learned and industrialised the aforementioned skills. During the same time, I also got tremendous international exposure and talked to countless people in over 100 different countries whilst crafting the exchange experience of over 40 exchange participants to India. I feel that I am a great fit for this
