Hi I'm ----- and I've been in crypto since 2014, even created two coins back then. I'd really like to learn how to develop in Rust and Substrate, I'm a fast learner and problem solver, just bought some solidity courses but I'm much more interested into the polkadot ecosystem.

I'm willing to work for free just to learn from your team, I lived for 5 years in Lecco near the swiss border and could come to the swiss offices no problem since it's a 3-4 hour drive from where I currently live.
