I'm an attorney and true believer in crypto, who has been involved in the blockchain space in one way or another since 2015. I worked for one of the top law firms in the country, helping to develop their blockchain practice, and am an expert in securities analysis (i.e. Howey Test factors) for altcoins. Currently, I run my own private practice, providing fractional general counsel/in-house services for a number of different startups, with a particular focus on crypto-related companies.
