We are in such an exciting industry and it is so much fun to introduce merchants to so many game-changing solutions, i.e., digital payments, blockchain, cryptocurrency, open banking, etc.; especially now as we are quickly moving into the early majority phase of the tech adoption lifecycle. It definitely reminds me of 2006-’07 when online companies finally gave into the fact that, to remain competitive, they needed to adopt pay-per-click and SEO. Once that realization set in, less time was spent educating business owners on what or why they needed it, and more time consulting on which services would serve their needs best.
