My earliest professional writing experience, was writing knowledge base (KB) articles for Microsoft while working as an advanced team lead for MS Windows 2000 Pro/Server support. Since then I have authored ADA compliance docs for a company's customer service desk, policies and procedures for several companies' IT departments, translations of government security guidelines for contractors into understandable language and documented a hospital's complete IT inventory, with access and usage instructions for future IT team members.
