I've believed very strongly in free-market money since college. I love writing testable code, solving hard technical problems, and giving people alternatives to fiat currency!
When I helped build satellite ground equipment, the cost of an outage could be many times more than the cost of one of our modems, so reliability/availability was extremely important. I was at the forefront of software quality practices like Google Mock and Test-Driven Development among my colleagues. I designed network protocols that our satellite ground equipment used for exchanging metadata and managing the network. I thrive on hard technical challenges.
