Hello!
I am extremely passionate about the DeFi space, and smart contracts / dApps / programmable money in general, to the point that I'm looking forward to leaving Amazon Web Services and a long career in Machine Learning to join a small company innovating in this field. The description of the mission of DEXTF, and the vision of democratizing asset management, in an open, transparent, decentralised protocol resonate with me a lot. I'm not yet an experienced smart contract developer, but it's possible that I will still be a great fit for the team.

I do not bring existing work experience in this area (this is my first web3 & solidity & react project). But, hopefully this project can be a good way for you to probe some of the relevant qualities mentioned in the role description and my future potential in the field.
However, I do bring a lot of valuable experience with a proven track record from my previous non-dApp work, which you can perhaps evaluate from the attached CV. Notably, it might provide proof points for qualities you've mentioned in the role description such as: analytical mind and willingness to learn, ability to work independently, strong programming skills and ability to produce high quality code, experience developing highly reliable, scalable products and services, and also, determination in solving hard problems, ability to ship those solutions with end-to-end ownership.
