I have spend 8+ years in the hospitality industry , was an intern myself, as well as was an intern leader, and do understand that a successful internship program can help to build a better business culture. It doesn’t take much to structure a successful program. The keys to take :

1. Having someone being in charge of interns to ensure they are getting most of their experience(doesn’t have to be a separate full time position)
2. Each intern ideally should have a mentor for personalised feedback(preferably a junior level one)
