Systems Software Engineer

For the past six years I've been working at an enterprise storage company, engineering C++ firmware on a range of products. I'm a team lead who is always thinking about what's next. Before that I was a long-term intern at a startup contracting company where I had the opportunity to use C and Python in a variety of odd jobs ranging from GUIs to assist in satellite tracking to hardware controllers.

I've been developing with Rust since March 2020. And as of 2021 have started using it in production at my current job.
