I think I would be perfect fit for this job because of my flexibility and knowledge of fast paced, start up companies. As a head of the internships, I would leverage my alumni network at Duke first to see if there were any crypto currency or digital asset related jobs. Next, I would start and moderate a discord and telegram community where potential hires can discuss what jobs are available and their experiences in a section called cryptojobsjist- a section where employees in the blockchain industry give a jist of what they do and how they got there job. Those are the two first things that I would do in this job role.
Even if I don't get the main role, I wouldn't mind working for free for experience while I am finishing my MBA. Thanks for your consideration.
