I fulfil all you requirements enlisted above, except the analytics tools but I used other less sophisticated and also would like to learn, I learn quickly and by my self, so don't worry, we are cover.
I like crypto and everything related, and I'm sure I'm capable to do all the duties and responsibilities required for the job. I implemented and ERP completely from scratch, so there is not so much different doing this in a startup environment, work with cross functional teams, different cultures, others department, engineering, etc.
Set policies is other of the duties I usually do once you develop 100% your system, and that's what I did here in my actual job.
