I believe DeFi and the whole ecosystem coming around it represent the next frontier for humankind's development. It will optimize every aspect of our lives through a thriving global market and a multitude of new ways to quickly fund or get funded and endeavor to solve humanity's problems.

That being said, I find that my predisposition for filling every kind of business gap I find in my way, my holistic approach to solving problems, and my devotion to finding problems worth solving is a perfect match for that role. I'm comfortable navigating between the business and the technology layers, and able to contribute on strategic, tactical, and operational levels as needed while building Mirana Labs from the ground up.

I was recently deeply impacted by having contact with an holacracy-like work environment, and would very much like to contribute to building a healthy culture that will support a thriving community in the Labs. I found that, while working remotely, an empowering and inspiring environment is a must-have, and I can also bring to the table my interest and studies in self-management, culture hacking, and organizational design to help to set us up for success.
