As a former education and school principal I have able to work full time with the community and region that I worked for. I also worked for the U.S. Virgen Island’s for three years during my M. Ed. degree. In Puerto Rico the need to develop this field is necessary and it wou greatly help the children, business & eco-system that are in need of an up-grade in our counties economical situation.
