not exactly a joke, but... Ode to the Engineer We started it all. We invented the wheel.. We tamed the animals We brought steam under our control. We harnessed the lightning of the old gods. We take the power of the sun as ours. We harnessed the power of the atom. We through the spawn of our minds have journeyed from the depths of the ocean, to the surface of Mars, to deepest space. We have measured the hottest and coldest regions known to man. We roughly know the grand diameter of the Universe to the minuscule width of an atom. We even created a magic genie, The Internet, that can answer any question, about anything that comes to mind. Our voices can be heard across the planet. We bring everyone in the world forward. Our minds are incredible engines of creation, intuition and deduction Where will we go next? What amazing feats will we accomplish in the future? What will be the next challenge? We will be there.
