My name is ----- -----. I am a Full-Stack Engineer by trade and I believe that I fit the requirements 100%. I have nearly an identical set of key responsibilities at my current position.

I regularly convert functional and non-functional requirements into flawlessly working applications. In addition to this I lead teams and ensure that all the aspects of an application, including but not limited to: UX, scalability, code quality, security are given the necessary attention.
