Community Manager & Growth

I've manged several social media communities for various renowned companies such as Kubitx and Paxful. I've worked on different projects where some involve non organic groups say on telegram (this means the group is inactive) and we need to make the community active /lively so as to get more referrals to join the group and also retain the old members. I achieve this by initially using pseudo accounts till the group picks up.For the organic ones the main aim is to ensure the community get the best customer service experience and just, removing spams and fudd and lastly working towards growing the engaged community...
