Heard of Bitcoin back in 2013 when I was playing a video game called Team Fortress 2 and trading in-game items, someone offered to buy my inventory with Bitcoin but I refused as my friends warned me that most scams were carried out using crypto currencies . It became something very intriguing for me and started doing some research, not much time passed to discover that it was basically a financial revolution, and it comes from somebody whose parents still work in traditional financial institutions and raised me in that world. The whole concept behind encrypted money, decentralization and not needing banks to hold your money safely was at first a utopia, but the community behind it and even the developers made me realise that this is not a simple internet trend or a meme. As of today, after almost 8 years of reading every big news about crypto, witnessing market all time highs and lows and advocating for mass adoption, I can proudly say that this is my passion and I do hope to merge it with my professional life.
