My experience in consulting, and now in e-commerce has exposed me to multiple facets that go into running operations within an organization. I've worked client such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Exxon Mobil across cross-functional departments such as Finance, Accounting, Development and Operations to launch internal products and initiatives and system implementations.
During my career, I've donned multiple hats from Accounting, finance, Scrum Master and Product Manager, which gives me an insight into different integrations and process impact along with leading SDLCs including the build phases, Testing, Cutover and go-live supplemented by developing a healthy product backlog for post go-live and prioritizing + estimating new functionalities.
