I have over 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, and have gained my experience working in International Law Firms Worldwide (Paris, London, New York, Tel Aviv) and regulatory agencies such as the SEC, CySec, FCA, AMF, ASIC.
Since the past 7 years, I have assisted top tier companies in the obtention of regulatory licences (Crypto Exchange, Crypto Wallets), analysed Whitepapers to define the status of the company's token, and accompanied companies from A to Z from their incorporation, to opening bank accounts, assisting with regulatory compliance, data protection compliance, and contract drafting/review. Besides my career in Regulatory Compliance I also publish legal articles for Cryptocurrency magazines.
