Perhaps has some exposure to production code. Everyhing I do goes to production. This has brought me both joy and misery in equal amounts, definitely learned some hard lessons along the way.

Has some hands on experience with a backend language (Rust, Go, etc.) I've worked with both and I'm Nim-curious.

Understands & is embedded in the Ethereum ecosystem Not embedded, but understand it and I'm learning more everyday

Has built/developed or audited smart contracts A few times on hobby projects in Solidity and Rust

Has strong understanding of crypto-economic systems Love learning and studying both CeFi and DeFi

Has worked on projects.products with a long view who are serious about security Yes, the reverse ETL pipeline tool I mentioned had the caveat of requiring us to maintain the data encrypted at rest, in transit and obfuscated at all times when processing it because it's business information our customers do not want anybody to know about.

Considering these points above, I think I can be a valuable asset to your team. I'm passionate about building the web3 and moving us towards the future a little step closer.
