I've been in crypto for the past few years and followed the trends, traded (a lot on CEXes, a bit on DEXes) and in the last 2 years I've left the trading part to focus myself on (then ICOs and now) IDOs. I was never interested in shilling but I love doing the research. • I know and follow the trends (ICOs -> IDOs ; DeFi -> Launchpads -> Games -> Metaverse)
• I'm methodical. I have my own investment&research spreadsheet, I know how to aggregate the information I need (as seen in the spreadsheet above) and I'm good at verifying projects against scammers. I do my due diligence (in a project where the team was a bit suspect I've emailed the workplace of one of the members and found out they didn't know him).

I also have a sales company in Romania that runs automatically without me now (https://www.sellification.org) and I know how to cold call and sales.
