A quick example: 99% of new projects listed in https://www.dextools.io/ are scams. A good research in order to check if a given project has low probabilities of being a very centralized scam is to check eth/bsc/sol/avax... explores, check the number of holders and the % concentrated in different wallets. A good start is seeing a relevant amount of wallets with less than 10% of the actual token supply. After this we can start a general research of the comunity, purpose, values, UX... and ...
