Firstly, I have already been a Community Manager and Coach for over 2.5 years inside a well known Affiliate Marketing community. As a Community Manager , I think as both a conversation starter and a help desk for the group as I always like to initiate and moderate a meaningful dialogue between members. I also recognize that different users come with different motivations. For example, developers will approach a crypto project with a very different mindset than speculators. The first group is interested in the idea, the second is concerned with money. Hence, you must engage each subset of users in different ways to create a rewarding experience for them, respectively. My passion for Crypto, Blockchain , Smart Contracts etc and building a community along with my core skills and relevant experience makes me agreat fit and I believe a great value creator in this domain.
