I started my career in Revature as an HR associate (Sourcing specialist). Being a sourcing specialist my roles and responsibilities were to source through various job portals for various requirements and also to find a perfect fit for the client's needs. Basically, My 5 years of experience were related to the US market and also worked for the Canada Recruitment for 6 months.

After being promoted to senior sourcing specialist/ sourcing strategist. I was given a team to manage and also to work on various projects with other departments for the company like working with the sales team for half a year during the pandemic period.

I don't usually do my job as a routine. I used to think outside of the box instead of sticking to the daily work routine. I think about the business growth of the company I'm working with. where I prefer to grow along with the company by making my own strategy and implementing them.

I used to extract reports once every month to get insights regarding the past sourcing and placement strategy and also for improving the future sourcing Methods which results in much more placements of the candidates.
