I'e managed and coached over 40 teams, distributed, co located, different timezones. I specialise in Agile Delivery and product development. Not being an evangelist of a particular Agile methodology means i appreciate they all have their value in the right organisation and for the right product. This lived experience is what makes the difference. I am able to understnad the business, the culture and go from there.
I dont believe in big change, instead my approach is incremental, always building on it and improving on it, teams prefer this and perform better in these situations....
