After completing my Philosophy Degree at Birkbeck College, my studies turned towards Economics, Financial Markets and Distributed Ledger Technologies. Understanding the full breadth of aspects, from the designs of different Distributed Ledger Networks, to the price behaviour of Tokens on the market gave me the key concepts to understand the scope of Byzantine Fault Tolerant Networks and also the fine tuning that remains to be done, with different considerations in mind. This means that whilst I have continuing admiration for those core projects which bootstrapped the industry from its inception, my focus is drawn more towards that which the future demands of distributed ledger technology at its Financial, Ecological and Social levels. As an exercise in my own understanding I took to writing introductory articles for friends and anyone who would read them in the world of discord servers.



For the Duration of 2020 into 2021, I was working for Katmai Capital on a one-to-one basis with a distinguished independent trader. I studied equity markets from a quantitative, historical and thematic level, gathering data sets and working closely with a variety of charting softwares, constructing market screeners and full entry-to-exit trading models from the ground up. My understanding of current global economic questions such as negative Real Interest Rates attached to Government Bonds and narratives of Currency debasement were greatly enriched.



My training in Financial Markets, Network design and consistent monitoring of the the Distributed Ledger space means that this role would be an extension of the research that I am already conducting.
