I have worked for 7 years, at the trading desks at Asian and the American markets, in the Equities and the Credit trading space. I have one of the highest volumes in my desk, and the best numbers for 2017 which led me to be the youngest VP on our trading floor at Barclays. I innovated many methods to improve trading volumes, pricing mechanisms and risk management. This lead to a 6 fold increase in illiquid bond volumes under my watch and contributed to my record breaking numbers (As illiquid bonds had much higher bid-ask spread)
I know my way around trading infrastructure, having closely been involved in building it from the ground up for our credit trading desk at Barclays.
I moved to the US to diversify my experience and I now work at an equity hedge fund which has helped me round out my experience, and i feel comfortable translating that knowledge to the crypto world.
I also manage my own crypto portfolio of around 300k USD and growing.
