I’m seeking a remote opportunity that will leverage my 20+ years of marketing, communications and public affairs expertise.

I'm interested in helping blockchain and cryptocurrency thrive because I believe in its power to disrupt and democratize outdated or corrupted systems. My husband and I have owned a variety of crypto since 2014, and I'm familiar with the players, lingo and media publications.

My experience has spanned the globe, helping Fortune 10 companies, elected officials, nonprofits, political campaigns and industry associations break through the noise and move the needle towards their strategic objectives.

I’ve worked for both sides of the political aisle, as well as for most major industries, including health care, energy, technology and infrastructure. On multiple occasions, I’ve entered a position with no previous experience and have built a reputation for learning the nuance, tone and landscape efficiently and effectively. For example, I’d never worked in state government or lived in California before serving as Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Deputy Communications Director. I’d also never worked in professional sports before successfully helping the Sacramento Kings secure and build a downtown sports arena.

I enjoy problem-solving to develop impactful strategies and messages that resonate with targeted audiences. Having managed over 100 staff, interns and consultants, I’m experienced in long-term planning and budgeting, and I really enjoy the mentoring process. On the flip side, I’ve also been working remote on and off since 2008, so I’m fully adept at project/time management and team collaboration across multiple time zones.

And while I’m seeking a remote position, I’m flexible and open to occasional travel.
