During my time at Matrixport in Singapore, I was exposed to the key operations in defi protocol and trading. I assumed the role of supporting founders in their calendar, and other on the group projects and initiatives with PR and marketing. I learn a lot about people operations and structuring for success. This makes me language proficiency in English and Mandarin a native/professional level. Being in fintech space, I am keen to strengthen compliance efforts, checks and regulations, which is why being in BD and customer success with Crypto Jobs would further challenge me to roadmap human elements and retention success in this field...
