While reading the JD, I believed my experience and expectation align so well with the job.
With 2 years working as general HR for 2 Tech startup companies, I acquired experience of hosting events for employer branding purpose, building awareness abt the company among developer's community, delivering product values ' message to attract talents and wearing multiple hats in a one-man HR team.
The master degree gave me chances to work as a Product Managers of two projects where I could understand product roadmap, UI/UX design and how to think from customer perspective.
I am currently working as Customer Success for Deliveroo - where I engage with restaurants to ensure they are making the best out of the platform, and also provide suggestions for them to increase revenue.
