Right now I work as Project Manager and Business Analyst for the “TruBlo” (Trusted Blockchain) project in the context of the European Commission’s Next Generation Internet initiative( Open Call management for H2020 cascade funding programs).
As Project Manager within European Commission Funded projects, I deal with all related matters including sourcing suitable experts, consortium management, evaluation of CVs, quality check, submission of the final proposal, regular communication with experts and Beneficiary/EC, ensuring deadlines are met, quality check on reports. I have developed an in-depth understanding of the recruitment process for EU-funded projects. I am very familiar with EC guidelines and policies, I’m monitoring European regulations and I provide tailor-made information to our clients.
My experience working with cross-functional, international teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. I can bring real-world experience in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly, and encouraging team enthusiasm, even in the late stages of the project cycle.
