For me, every job I’ve had comes down to my view of the leadership of the organization. When I have faith in the leadership, I have trust that their actions are in the best interest of all stakeholders. From day 1, the actions of the leadership have always meshed with what I thought to be the correct course of action. When all of that meshes, I become excited for the opportunity to contribute to growth and expansion. The excitement is fueled by motivation to continue to provide benefits to all users.
