I think the awareness I can bring to the whole team from experiencing the game industry from many different positions helps people understand their value in development. When people really feel what they are contributing to has importance in not only development of the current product, but also their field and career, they are more motivated to bring value each day to their position.
Personally having some experience with Web3 and web programming, and an interest in advancing DeFi in gaming is also why I chose specifically this job to apply to....
