After my undergraduate studies, I started developing myself in customer service. I took several courses on LinkedIn learning to gain more knowledge on human relations and handling customers or clients. I did practice what I learnt with the people I meet daily. The ability to empathise with people no matter their personality I found interesting. This made me choose community management as a career.
