From your description itself, I can sense a very energetic culture whose collective goal is to grow, alongside the company.

I'm currently with BitMEX as their content writer. I've been in the content writing industry for close to 4 years now and I am still very very in love with this role. Though I only really got into crypto 2 years ago, I've found this industry to be very active. Someone on Twitter said it: "Bitcoin is on a 12-year bull run."
