Over the past ten years in my career, I have worn many hats in the finance industry. This has allowed me to discover my true passion: DATA! I have always been a numbers person, and love logic puzzles; so the combination of these two results in data analytics as a fitting role for me.
As much as I’m into data manipulation, it’s the analysis of data that is really intriguing me. I like to explore what the data is trying to convey. I believe data can tell many stories, and it's up to analysts to share that. With my technical background and business knowledge, I am able to dissect the data, and then communicate with business users what the data means, and strategies for future changes.
On a personal level, I am detail-oriented, organized, and observant. I am thorough when going through data, to make sure nothing is missed. I enjoy working on teams where each member has different strengths and areas to grow; I believe this creates a strong team.
I've recently started to learn about crypto and blockchain, and I'm now OBSESSED! I look forward to waking up everyday so I can continue to read and invest more into it. I love to play video games; so diving into this world, that's what it feels like: a game! While I may be newer to the crypto industry, my passion and ability to pick up on new material quickly, makes a strong fit for the data analyst role.
