3. Have been in this role before running Product and Engineering Teams (CPO role)
4. Very strong technical background (Engineering degree and find it fun to stay close to latest technology developments)
5. An entrepreneurial mindset - have started my own companies

I find it easy to put myself in the shoes of people on the other side and empathize with their needs to come up with win-win solutions.
