Early 2021 I started a company with a co-founder that would allow both creators and listeners to be able to set their own monetisation rate (we were allowing podcasters to monetise their content value for value.) We were in this path after pivoting multiple times, one of the main reasons we decided to pivot from a web2 podcast directory for Korea to a web3 blockchain company was because I believed that this was the beginning of a brighter future, why be left behind where people started in 1995 when a new era is kicking in? Having a entrepreneurship mindset I will be well fitted in this position because I have a start up mind in whatever I do. In this case for marketing(Parterships Manager) I believe I will be well fitted because of my experience in getting started with a start up project we had to start from scratch.
