I will be a great fit for this position because I have been leading small teams for 20 years now. I believe that communication is one of the most important skills an individual can have and a lack of communication is the reason for over 95% of the worlds problems. Therefore, I strive to excel in all forms of communication. I have been in the tech field for my entire adult life and am extremely passionate about it. I found my way to blockchain about a year and a half ago and fell in love. As it is not needed in my career, blockchain has been a passion that I have had to learn on my own from the beginning. This education has come from many different communities. I started in Telegram and happily moved to Discord once I discovered it. I mainly live in Discord now. I have only recently had a reason to up my Twitter game, so that has been my newest project. I belong to many different groups on numerous chains. I believe blockchain is the future and I am in constant learning mode. DeFi is the way of our financial future and I would be honored to be a part of a team helping to move us towards this future. I believe that I would be a perfect fit for Syndr Protocol because, while I am unfamiliar with the project itself, I am excellent at learning, pivoting, and gaining whatever knowledge is necessary to successfully accomplish whatever mission is given to me.
