I consider Problem Solving to be my core skill. I can adapt to any given situation, scouting around, learning the skills required to solve the problem at hand. Having worked in Application Support for almost a decade, I use all available tools at my disposal and even code when needed, for resolving customer issues. At Crossover, I built numerous bash and python scripts to test/replicate issues locally and also collect system statistics for troubleshooting system health issues. At SAP I created a small Python web scrapping program using beautiful soup to identify KBAs with content issues. This was completely out of my own interest as it wasn't a part of any of my roles' duties. At SAP I had created over 200+ KBAs (Knowledge Base Articles) myself and have contributed to 500+ from other authors. List of KBAs that are still active and publicly accessible - https://github.com/rthennan/SFSF_KBAs
