Being honest? Hiring me would be a risk, but it's well known that greater risk equals greater reward :) My age puts me at a disadvantage to most others, who have more experience than I do - so if you're looking for someone who's been around a bit, I'm probably not the best hire. But, where I am able to stand out is offering a work ethic unlike any other applicant.
