I am currently a Community Lead at RedCat Multiverse, a Play to Learn to Earn blockchain game model in the USA. My role involves growing and engaging the community. In 1 year, with the help of a team of 7 people under my supervision, I grew the community from 250 to 25K members in total, all organic, despite a bearish market. I made our moderators more effective by encouraging them to initiate conversations and drive organic growth, while also improving communication and collaboration between the company and community. I have over 10 years of teaching experience, which has honed my leadership skills and ability to handle various human behaviors, and helped me quickly understand the Web3 space. My passion for Web3 and background as a marketer, business developer, creator, and cryptocurrency enthusiast make me a valuable partner.
