I'm currently working as a freelance community moderator for NFT games. My experience successfully managing our family or friends (investors/community). I call them as friends in our community so they can feel social. This role really develops my customer service skills. Also, I am still seeking to improve my customer service and bringing people together and successfully solved all the problems and arguments.
