Having personally witnessed various stages of crypto development from 2017 to 2021, I think it is now the best time for crypto investors. Thanks to the recent DeFi boom and NFT summer, which caused the ridiculously high gas fees and uncovered the scalability problem of Ethereum, we are seeing the thrive of L1s, such as Avalanche, Solana, Algorand, Fantom, and L2 solutions like Arbitrum, Polygon, and many others. Numerous solutions and cross-chain protocols are launched every day, gradually building a complete and healthy ecosystem. Looking forward, Web 3.0 concept with decentralized social media, DeFi 2.0/DAOs, and NFT/Play-to-Earn/Metaverse on other L1s are on the top of my list.
