I used to have a new position so I used to create everything from scratch. When the position is not new, I use to audit the Company in order to avoid problems, to solve issues, to rebuild what needs to be. Usually in Companies that haven't got their knowledge learnt in school, I know how to create an internal training plan while onboarding new employees and create a great network for everyone. I love the multicultural environment and because Crypto, NFT and Metaverse are the future, I want to be a part of it of course....
A few months ago, one of the women I managed arrived at her desk and switched on her screen. Nothing happened, it was down. She actively searched for a solution by herself but after minutes, she requested the help of the informatician. He arrived, plugged the cable into the wall socket and turned on the screen before coming to see me to tell me everything, laughing (I usually get along very well with informaticians).
