I'm not afraid of failure. My experience across industries makes me unique because I've had the opportunity to work on several cross functional teams and learn best practises with each role. Making the leap from a startup with 10 people where no two days were alike, and we were wearing different hats depending on what was needed in any given moment, to a large company was really eye opening.
