It is with great enthusiasm that I apply for the Manager position at Safelaunch. I am excited to bring my experience and skills to a decentralized VC community supporting the development of early stage Web3 growth. Introduced to blockchain technology in 2013, when implementing Bitcoin payment into my e-commerce business, I have been excited about the possibilities in store for the new digital economy. I believe my experience and passion for the space will help contribute immediately to the Safelaunch team.
After graduating from UC Berkeley, I joined a management training program which provided the foundation for understanding small team structure and importance for company-wide culture development. Recognizing customers, partners and team needs requires flexibility, processes, and how to prioritize tasks. After completing the program, I honed my strengths in the finance services industry. While working on cross-functional teams, I learned how to coordinate with a diverse group of professionals in marketing, engineers, sales, and operations to develop solutions for new product integration.
Given the chance to take ownership of a startup, I spearheaded the development and execution of business strategies that allowed us to grow rapidly in a fast-paced environment. Focusing on data-driven analysis, I collaborated directly with team leaders to build processes that allowed us to bring on the talent we needed to continue meeting and exceeding our goals. Through transparency and effective communication, we implemented systems that help our interconnected team build a reliable reputation that lead to our acquisition.
I am interested in the Manager role because I believe my blend of experiences will complement the Safelaunch team. My background in project management, startup experience, and as a business generalist will help me push the company effectively.
